What we do

Jetrog is an email marketing agency for e-commerce businesses. We take a web shop's entire email marketing off its hands: the flows, the campaigns and everything in between, in the store's own Klaviyo account.

Our clients don't have to do anything themselves, and receive very good service along the way. Jetrog works for businesses only, on a monthly subscription.

Subscription and cancellation

• You pay when we start. After that, you pay each month in advance, automatically.
• You can cancel at any time.
• The month you have already paid for runs until its end. After that, the collaboration stops and no new payment follows.
• The part of the price that grows with your revenue is calculated afterwards. For the final month, it is invoiced one last time.

Refunds

• A paid month is not refunded, because the work and the costs start immediately.
• Jetrog does not promise a specific result. You pay for the service, not for a specific amount of revenue.
• One exception: a mistake on our side on an invoice, such as a double charge or a wrong amount, is always refunded.

Disputes

• Don't agree with an invoice? Call us first, and we will look for a solution together.
• Belgian law applies.
